O&H Vehicle Conversions Launch New Customer Care role

O&H Vehicle Conversions have recently appointed Ian Schofield in the newly created role of Customer Care Manager. Ian joins O&H with a wealth of experience of looking after customers gained as a Service Manager/After-sales Manager with a number of leading motor groups and organisations, namely Autoquake.com, Northgate Plc, The Benfield Motor Group, Thornes Motoring Group as well as spending over 8 years with the AA as National Account Manager. Ian started his career by completing a 5 year apprenticeship with Peugeot which progressed to him becoming a Master Technician and service engineer. As well as his experience Ian brings a level of professionalism to our organisation and a great positive attitude which he will use to develop relationships with all of our customers to ensure that we exceed our customers’ expectations.
O&H Vehicle Conversions recognise the importance of supporting our customers and conversions in the field. This new role will help us deliver this support.
